Email Delivery

We may use email delivery services to manage and send emails and newsletters and to organize and analyze their dispatch and distribution. We currently use MailGun as Our primary email delivery service.

    MailGun email delivery service is provided by Mailgun Technologies, Inc.

    While MailGun maintains Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in their agreements, We specifically choose to use MailGun's EU server infrastructure. As such all applicable data shall be processed and stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) only.

    Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are and, as per the European Commission Court of Justice (CJEU) ruling, continue to be a valid legal mechanism to transfer data under the GDPR. MailGun uses these SCCs for all their data transfers, including transfers with sub-processors that processed customers’ personal data.

    SparkPost email delivery service is provided by Message Systems, Inc.

    While SparkPost is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield, We specifically choose to use SparkPost's EU server infrastructure. As such all applicable data shall only be processed and stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) only.

    The Privacy Shield is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the US to ensure compliance with European privacy standards in the United States.
